Automotive Engineer | Tooling | Manufacturing Systems

I build automotive manufacturing systems with precision, practicality, and long-term engineering ambition.

Welcome to my official website. This is where I share the experience, projects, and engineering mindset shaping my path in automotive manufacturing.

Precision in the work. Ambition in the journey.

Identity

More Than a Job Title

I am building more than a résumé. I am building a long-term engineering career shaped by precision, discipline, curiosity, and practical execution.

My work sits at the intersection of automotive engineering, tooling, station design, manufacturing systems, and process improvement—where every decision has to work in reality, not just in theory.

I care about improving how systems run: better flow, safer processes, stronger ergonomics, and cleaner execution from planning through launch.

Experience

What I Have Worked On

Stellantis (on behalf of Alten)

Tooling Specialist / Station Designer

  • Led installation of automated material handling equipment while coordinating with vendors and industrial engineers to protect cycle time and commissioning quality.
  • Performed risk assessments to ensure station designs and equipment met safety and operational standards before launch.
  • Designed and implemented a guided flow rack that improved material flow and reduced operator ergonomic strain.
  • Created detailed AutoCAD layouts, managed multiple fast-moving projects, and maintained as-built facility records for future planning.

Voltaira

Manufacturing Engineer

  • Used SPC, process capability studies, and time-study analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
  • Led process design for new lines using Lean methods and value stream mapping to improve material flow and line efficiency.
  • Built a custom tool tracking system that reduced downtime and improved overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Developed PPAP and APQP documentation and designed tooling fixtures using SolidWorks and additive manufacturing.

Thinking

How I Think as an Engineer

Systems Thinking

I am drawn to how tooling, material flow, safety, ergonomics, planning, and cycle time connect into one larger manufacturing story.

Execution

I value practical decisions, clean layouts, repeatable systems, and engineering work that holds up beyond presentations.

Automotive Instinct

My passion for vehicles—from Wrangler toughness to BMW precision and my blue Elantra N—keeps this work personal and motivating.

Projects

Selected Projects

This section will keep growing as I add more real work, case studies, and project depth.

Manufacturing Systems

Plant Design and Optimization

Plant Simulation, line balancing, bottleneck reduction

Optimized a plant layout to meet production demand, reduce idle time, and improve overall flow through structured manufacturing analysis.

Design + CAE

SAE BAJA Ergonomics and Chassis

SolidWorks, ANSYS, safety, cockpit and chassis design

Modeled a high-strength tubular frame, led ergonomics design for the driver interface, and studied structural behaviour under load.

Prototype Build

Electronic Valve Actuation Prototype

Raspberry Pi, Siemens NX, solenoids, 3D printing

Built an electronic valve actuation prototype combining control logic, physical assembly, and practical prototyping.

Learning

My Journey So Far

Foundation

My automotive engineering education at VNR and Clemson built the technical base—from structures and controls to simulation and systems thinking.

Application

My work at Voltaira and Stellantis sharpened practical skills in tooling, layouts, commissioning, process capability, and manufacturing execution.

What Drives Me

Precision is a mindset before it becomes a result.

Good systems are designed, tested, refined, and owned.

Ambition becomes real when discipline repeats it daily.

The future belongs to engineers who can think and build.
